This is Mr. Lipowski’s first year as the Head of School at Portage Christian. Mr. Lipowski has earned a B.A. in the Teaching of History from the University of Chicago, an M.A. in Educational Administration and Leadership from National Louis University, and an M.A. in Political Science from Governor State University. Mr. Lipowski worked in several capacities for 30 years in Bremen High School District 228 in Illinois, including being a social studies teacher, district supervisor of social studies, director of student services, and summer school principal. He is the blessed husband of Carolyn, and together, they have four children. Three of them are PCS lifers, pre-k through 12th grade, and the fourth will graduate PCS Class of 2026. He is also a proud grandfather. Mr. Lipowski is an active member of Hobart Assembly Church, where he leads a men’s Bible Study and serves on the ushering team.
